Required experience and skills:
- Proficient English
- Working directly with guests and attending their needs
- Experience in independently managing a team of 5-10 staff, to interview, hire, train and dismiss staff members
- Familiar working with Airbnb and Booking.com
- Proficient with Microsoft office, emails, what app
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as villa manager
Favorable experience and skills:
- Ability creating SOPs and training FO and HK staff
- Able to source needed amenities and room equipment, assist in developing information brochures
- Experience with maintenance/ managing maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Managing HK, security and maintenance of hotel. Preparing schedules, conducting trainings, interviews etc.
- Checking in guests and handling any issues.
- Cooperating with hotel suppliers and service providers.
- Managing the the hotel OTAs, handling money
WORKING HOURS: 42 per week 6 days
LOCATION: Jatiluwih, Tabanan (Candidate must live with in less then 40 min drive from the location or be willing to move)
