Summaries of Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales activities for Wedding, MICE and events business (Australian Market)
- Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities in Australian markets
- Proactively sell the hotels&apos event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas
- Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
- Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies
Requirements
- Only for Australian Expatriate
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the 5 Stars or luxury resort; especially in handling Australian wedding, events and catering
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
