Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive room sales, events, and other hotel services.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and cold calls to prospective clients including corporates, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
  • Present hotel services to clients through meetings, site inspections, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages in line with hotel revenue targets and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery of services for group bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and agreements to close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in hotel promotions, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and client base.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales at 4-star or higher-rated hotels.
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Proven track record in securing corporate and MICE business.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a solid grasp of marketing and persuasion techniques.
