Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Pontianak. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing office administration, coordinating with staff, and assisting guests with inquiries and services. The role involves maintaining communication channels within the team and with guests to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience min. 2 year in the same position
  • Strong Leadeship
  • Fluent in english
  • Has good attention to detail
