Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager in digital innovation, data digitalization, or IT development/implementation projects.
• Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Management, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Preferably holds project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, backlog management, project delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and end-to-end digital product development processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT Business Partner, IT BA, IT Architect, IT Core, Design, Development, QA, Business Teams).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional & technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs for digital touchpoints.
• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring timely milestone delivery.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and track user verification & acceptance.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, conducting meetings, workshops, and progress updates.
• Continuously identify improvement opportunities and stay updated with digital trends and best practices.
