Job Description:
- Work closely with the CEO to define project strategies, focusing on market research, business analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the implementation of new system in existing and new branches
- Conduct in-depth market and business analyses to identify opportunities, assess risks, and drive product innovation.
- Translate business goals into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with well-defined priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors and internal teams to oversee the technical aspects of product development
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5years of experience in Project Management, with a strong emphasis on market analytics and business strategy.
- Experienced in managing projects in the area of Project Planning & initiation, Team & Stakeholder Management, Budget & Resource Management, Execution & Delivery, Risk & Issue Management
- Proven track record in managing internal product development processes.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and bridging business and technical perspectives.
- Analytical mindset to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
