Work Arrangement: Work From Office (Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara)
Salary Range: 8 - 10 mio IDR
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end product launch projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination run smoothly across Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) plan by preparing launch materials, coordinating channel execution, organizing content needs, and ensuring all teams are aligned.
- Help craft product positioning, messaging, and branding so each initiative reflects consistent brand identity.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing & Creative teams to develop campaign assets, key visuals, content calendars, and promotional mechanics that drive awareness and sales.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, checklists, GTM trackers, and risk/issue logs to ensure project readiness and visibility for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks early, proposing practical solutions to keep launches on schedule.
- Support post-launch evaluations by collecting data on sales performance, customer feedback, and execution quality, and summarizing insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in managing product launches, marketing projects, or cross-functional initiatives (F&B, retail or FMCG is a plus).
- Strong understanding of marketing, brand communication, and GTM strategy.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, timeline tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for brand consistency and premium visual communication.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
