Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will lead, coordinate, and manage end-to-end IT projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role acts as the bridge between Product Development, internal users, and the IT development team, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a structured project execution process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, requirement gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Translate business needs from Product Development team and internal stakeholders into clear technical requirements for developers.
- Create project plans, manage timelines, allocate IT manpower, and ensure all milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication between IT developers, and other stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Identify risks, handle scope changes, and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Ensure proper documentation, progress reporting, and post-implementation review.
- Maintain a balanced workload for the IT team and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Capability to assess the current state of IT operations and propose improvements for efficiency and clarity.
- Comfortable working in an environment where formal project management processes are still being established.
