Role: Junior Project Manager (Core Banking Projects)
Gross Salary Range: IDR 7.000.000 - IDR 9.500.000
Location: Jakarta Selatan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field..
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Project Manager in Core Banking projects.
- Good understanding of banking business processes, especially in Core Banking modules (deposit, loan, payment, transfer, settlement).
- Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
- Experienced in using Project Management Tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence).
- Holding an entry-level Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master) is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior PM in planning, monitoring, and execution of Core Banking projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation (project plan, meeting notes, status reports).
- Ensure project progress aligns with defined timeline, scope, and budget.
- Support coordination with vendors, business users, and IT teams regarding Core Banking deliverables.
- Assist in risk & issue tracking and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to management.
