In this role, you will help bring Team Liquid Indonesia's digital presence to life by executing localized social media strategies across major platforms, balancing strong local relevance with alignment to Team Liquid's regional and global brand standards.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, contributing to esports tournaments, brand campaigns, sponsor activations, and community initiatives through planned and real-time content, community engagement, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with esports teams, marketing partners, and Global HQ to drive audience growth and consistent brand execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media Execution
- Execute Team Liquid Indonesia's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Thread (including stun.gg Team Liquid Indonesia Media)
- Plan, schedule, and publish both planned and real-time content contributing to esports tournaments, brand campaigns, sponsor activations, and community initiatives.
- Live Events & Coverage
- Deliver on-ground and live social media coverage for esports events, including regular season, playoffs, and selected international tournaments.
- Build weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with esports schedules and campaigns.
- Community & Brand
- Manage community engagement by addressing comments and DMs while protecting Team Liquid's brand voice and reputation, and escalating high-risk issues when appropriate.
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor performance and produce regular reports to enable optimization, including comparisons across Indonesia, the Philippines, and global benchmarks, as well as recurring and seasonal reporting tied to league performance and campaign initiatives.
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Partner with esports teams, marketing stakeholders, and Global HQ to ensure consistent execution and brand alignment.
What You'll Need
- 23 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management
- Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of esports, gaming culture, and digital communities
- Comfortable producing manual performance reports and evaluating results
- Able to work in fast-paced environments, including live events, weekends, and tight deadlines
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (English used for regional/global coordination)
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Familiarity with working within regional or global brand guidelines
- Basic video editing and visual content skills to assist with real-time content needs during matches and live events
Additional Requirements
The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.
