Social Media Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy as well as hands on handheld content creation.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance tracking
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Managing both Instagram and TikTok while ensuring the proper strategy for both platforms.

REQUIREMENT:

• Min. 2 years experience as Social Media, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Passionate in baby/kids products, creative, innovative, great communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reports
• Fast-responding, proactive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and platforms
• Understanding mood boards with a particular taste for fashion in genera.
• Hands on experience in content creation.
• A vast knowledge in pop culture or fashion cloture in general.
• Proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement content on social media (please include portfolio or examples)
