Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Instagram account (feed, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Create engaging content aligned with the brand identity (captions, visual ideas, reels concepts).
  • Research viral trends and topics to implement into content strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content plan & posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with design/photography/videography teams (if any) for content production.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth).
  • Engage with the audience through comments and DMs.
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist / Content Creator / Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
  • Creative, up-to-date, and skilled at producing engaging content for Gen-Z & Millennials.
  • Ability to write catchy captions in line with brand tone of voice.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram analytics (IG Insights, Meta Business Suite).
  • Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Plus point: Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
