Senior Telecommunications System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of telecom systems:
• Security Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection.
• Wired Communication System: PAGA, Page Party, Siren, Analog/IP PABX, LAN/WAN, Intercom.
• Radio Communication System: Trunked, GMDSS, Microwave, Satellite.
• Prepare and review:
• System schematics, block diagrams, cabling layouts.
• Technical specifications, BOQs, material take-offs.
• Design documents for procurement and construction.
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams: electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation.
• Participate in all phases of engineering: Feasibility Concept FEED Detailed Design.
• Support technical meetings, client discussions, and 3rd-party clarifications.
• Supervise and guide junior telecom engineers and drafters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, marine, shipyard, power, or petrochemical.
• Strong technical knowledge in at least one major telecom system category.
• Experience in system design, equipment selection, and site coordination.
• Able to lead small teams and deliver projects on time.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
