About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Radio Network Optimization (RNO) Engineer with solid expertise in 5G network performance and optimization. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality network performance, customer experience, and continuous improvement of 5G KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 5G radio network optimization including coverage, capacity, and quality analysis.
- Conduct drive test and post-processing analysis using industry tools.
- Optimize radio parameters to improve KPIs such as throughput, latency, accessibility, and retainability.
- Analyze network performance statistics and provide recommendations for network enhancement.
- Work closely with planning and implementation teams to ensure smooth rollout and integration of new 5G sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve 5G-related issues in coordination with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in RNO, with at least 2 years in 5G optimization.
- Strong knowledge of 5G NR architecture, call flows, and parameters.
- Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Nemo, or similar.
- Proficient in analyzing network KPIs, counters, and traces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
