Were looking for a Senior QA Engineer whos passionate about quality, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys building smart testing solutions. Youll play a key role in shaping our QA strategy, mentoring team members, and making sure our products ship at the highest standard.
What Will You Do
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Take part in sprint grooming and planning, proactively raising potential quality risks.
- Perform regression, integration, and exploratory testing to catch issues early.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and work with the team to prevent recurrence.
- Drive QA best practices within the team and mentor junior QA engineers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering.
- Strong experience with REST API testing and UI testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages/frameworks (Java, Maven, or similar).
- Good understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledgeable test automation tools (Maestro, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.) will be a plus.
- A sharp eye for detail, but also the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a fix it, not just find it mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills youre a team player but also comfortable working independently.
