Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales professional with strong technical knowledge and business development skills to lead sales activities for EISBG and NBD renewable energy solutions in Indonesia. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver effective solutions, drive sales growth, and strengthen our presence in the renewable energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of renewable energy solutions, focusing on EISBG and NBD products.
  • Lead customer engagement through relationship management, technical consultation, and solution-based selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across individuals, enterprises, and government organizations.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales teams and business partners on product features, benefits, and effective selling strategies.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market intelligence, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or related industries.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
