Sales Recruitment (360 Recruitment Consultant)

Job description:

• Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients who require headhunting or recruitment services (Massive or Individu Recruitment)
• Develop sales strategies and achieve the assigned revenue targets.
• Conduct meetings with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Recommend suitable candidates and manage offer negotiations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and recruitment progress for management
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for both revenue and successful placements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or B2B sales, outsourcing
• Strong understanding of 360 recruitment or full-cycle recruitment processes
• Target-driven with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong networking skills within a specific industry is a plus
