Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interviews, candidate selection, and offering.
  3. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  4. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with relevant departments.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  7. Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and, and sourcing techniques.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
