Job Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese Manager in factory construction projects.
• Translate & interpret Mandarin Indonesian (daily communication, meetings, technical documents).
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local teams.
• Support site supervision, progress tracking, and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Min. 2 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Fluent in Mandarin & Indonesian (English is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards & compliance.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
