Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor) with proven experience in villa construction. The ideal candidate must understand how to build high-specification residential buildings with premium finishes and installations. This role requires strong knowledge of SNI standards, confidence on site, and the ability to produce reliable audits and reports.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise all daily construction site activities, focusing on luxury villa projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with SNI standards and high-specification requirements.
- Monitor and manage premium finishes and installations to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Prepare professional site reports and audits with full transparency.
- Control contractor performance, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
- Identify risks and resolve issues efficiently on-site.
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in villa/residential construction, ideally luxury segment.
- Strong knowledge of SNI standards and construction compliance.
- Solid track record of successfully delivering high-spec villa projects.
- Proficiency in site reports, audits, and documentation.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- High integrity, results-oriented, and able to lead with professionalism.
