The Role
- Conduct quality inspections of construction materials, equipment, and site work.
- Ensure that all standards comply with project specifications and regulations.
- Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to maintain quality standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to project quality.
- Perform material testing (concrete, asphalt, steel, etc.) according to standards.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
- Follow up on non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 years of experience as QC Engineer in construction projects (road, building, civil works, etc.).
- Good knowledge of construction quality standards (SNI, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
- Skilled in using basic laboratory and testing equipment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
