Job Description
The role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.
The key measures of success in the role will be (but not limited to) :
- Sourcing - be a key point of contact for our clients&apos talent acquisition needs. Make connections with high-level professionals in the talent market.
- Lead generation - drive activities, events, and meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercially important for the business
- Key Account Management - we partner with most top brands with the recruitment needs for the Indonesian market, so you will have the opportunity to manage some of these key relationships
- Engagement - use social media, events, and means of networking as engagement tools to identify and develop new client business relationships
- Closing - we are looking for someone with strong negotiation and communication skills, as this role requires you to manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Your end goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Big Fish Hunter&aposs commercial performance.
We Are Looking For Colleagues With
- Working experience of 1-3 years is welcome
- Preferably, experienced in Sales/BD/B2B or having a passion for a commercial role
- Strong values that are in line with ours
- English language proficiency is a Must. Mandarin is PLUS!
- Furthermore, you should be ambitious, outgoing, energetic, team-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with C-level executives.
