Essential Functions:

Identifying and Generating Leads: Actively seeking out and identifying new potential clients and business opportunities in private and public sectors through market research, networking, and social media channels.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product/Service Presentation and Demonstration: Effectively showcasing and demonstrating the company&aposs products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and addressing concerns.

Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and terms of sale to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements for the client and the company and efficiently closing deals.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking progress and providing regular reports to management.

Collaboration: Working closely with other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about HR technology, industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics and opportunities to position entomo competitively

Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently striving to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Administration: Organizing and storing paperwork properly, including but not limited to client or partner agreement, proposals, and other relevant documents

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

This position requires frequent travel, less than 25%. In-town and regional travel may be required at times for client meetings and/or project follow-up.

Required Education and Experience:

Preferably a bachelors degree in business, Marketing, HR, or relevant experience in B2C or B2B sales (other degrees are also acceptable when relevant)

1 to 2 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in SaaS

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

Have an intermediate to advance English proficiency for both writing and speaking

Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided by entomo.

Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from an assigned territory or set of accounts.

Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.

Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.

Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win.

Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM applications; creation of sales campaigns and use of A/B testing

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead-generation and prospecting.

Act as the subject matter expert on entomo product offerings/solution development skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Tableau, OpsCon, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
