Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administration and coordination tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and analyze sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service support.
- Assist in payment processes and liaise with relevant departments.
- Ensure smooth sales operations through effective recordkeeping and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D1) or Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role (experience in F&B & Wellness is a strong advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with hotel systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and payment methods is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and sales recordkeeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
