We are recruiting Sales Managers for our clients, leading real estate and hospitality development projects in Bali. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals with strong sales and client management skills to play a key role in driving property sales within an innovative real estate project.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Engage with potential buyers through meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
- Negotiate terms, finalise transactions, and oversee related documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or other high-value sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Indonesian language is an advantage).
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Net Salary: negotiable.
- Commission: 1% on each closed deal.
