Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administration and coordination tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and analyze sales reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service support.
  • Assist in payment processes and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Ensure smooth sales operations through effective recordkeeping and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D1) or Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role (experience in F&B & Wellness is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with hotel systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and payment methods is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and sales recordkeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
