Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Engineer will support the sales team by identifying client needs, providing technical expertise, and offering product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting technical presentations, and assisting with pre- and post-sales activities. The role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide effective Technical Support
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional support
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment
• Educational background in Engineering or related technical fields is preferred
• Experience in industrial products or relevant industries is an advantage
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
