Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Engineer will focus on driving business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and providing expert support throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include conducting technical presentations, collaborating with internal teams, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates

  • of Petroleum Engineering is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical concepts related to the oil and gas industry
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills with the capability to deliver clear technical support and presentations
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
