Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Surabaya. The Sales Engineer will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and promoting Hantech's water treatment components and systems. The role includes providing technical support to clients, preparing product presentations, and assisting in system design. Responsibilities also involve working closely with the engineering and customer service teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong competencies in Sales and Sales Engineering, with experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Proven abilities in Technical Support, with the capacity to provide guidance on selecting and installing appropriate water treatment components and systems.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries professionally.
• Background or experience in the water treatment industry is an advantage.
• A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site setting.
