Role Description
This is daily worker, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Gili Trawangan, Lombok. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The individual will handle booking inquiries, confirm reservations, and manage any changes requested by guests. Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports are also key responsibilities of this role.
