We are a newly established island resort on KarimunJawa, Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in KarimunJawa, Indonesia for an Executive Receptionist. The Executive Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and performing various clerical duties. The role requires excellent customer service skills, maintaining a professional reception area, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office maintenance and supplies. Additionally, the Executive Receptionist will handle correspondence and communication tasks within the office to ensure smooth operations.

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills and Customer Service expertise
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Executive Receptionist or in office administration are a plus
