Role Description

This is a contract role for an Executive Housekeeper at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu. The role is on-site and located in Palu. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, managing and training housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, organizing and coordinating room cleaning schedules, and managing the laundry services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Laundry and Organization
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and team management
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality-related education or certification is a plus
