The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.
- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
- Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
- Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.
- Organising viewings and responding to queries.
- All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
- Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.
Salaries and benefits will be adjusted accordingly based on the candidate&aposs country
Ideal Profile
You must have at least three years of experience, including solid experience in similar roles within the financial services and real estate sectors.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task.
You are a strong team player and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
You are adept at networking and relationship building. Must be male and over 30 years old.
You are highly goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
