Job Title: Sales Manager Land & Luxury Property Development

Location: Bali (with frequent travel to Lombok & Sumbawa)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in luxury property development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling premium propertieslots, custom-built villas, and hospitality assets such as hotels and resortsdesigned to meet international standards.

With a lean but ambitious team, the Sales Manager will lead sales strategy and execution across Lombok and Sumbawa, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and reporting directly to the owner. Current projects include Samara Hills and Samara Bay, both strategically located and positioned for global buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales of luxury real estate, including land plots, custom villas, and premium developments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, and international buyers.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to secure high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on branding, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years closing high-value deals.
  • Strong background in luxury real estate (villas, land, or hospitality).
  • Candidates with luxury goods sales experience (jewelry, watches, designer fashion, etc.) may also be considered.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building with affluent clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in business-level English (oral & written).
  • Mobility: Based in Bali with frequent travel to Lombok & Sumbawa.
