Job Description

Position Overview :

As a Commercial Growth & Partnerships Manager at OXO Living, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion across our portfolio. This role will focus on creating new revenue streams, enhancing market presence, and building sustainable commercial relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilites :

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with OXO Living's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners across various sectors including hospitality, lifestyle brands, technology providers, and complementary service providers.
  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that maximize value and mitigate risks.
  • Develop innovative commercial models that create mutual benefit and sustainable revenue growth.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth KPIs.
  • Identify market opportunities and new business verticals to expand OXO Living's commercial footprint.
  • Create and manage cross-promotional initiatives with partners to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform commercial strategy and partnership opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement and communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial partners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Represent OXO Living at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our partnership ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of partnership initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure partnership success and ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Monitor partnership effectiveness and implement optimization strategies to maximize returns.
  • Work with revenue and marketing teams to align partnership activities with broader business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and property management teams to ensure integrated execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance departments on contract terms, financial projections, and compliance matters.
  • Support product development by identifying partner capabilities that can enhance the OXO Living customer experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful commercial partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality business models, revenue management, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, partnership structuring, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business initiatives.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
