We're looking for a highly analytical professional to join us as MIS Methodologies & Development Specialist. This is a strategic role that supports the Board of Directors and ensures our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Financial Reporting Excellence:
- Ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date financial performance data by monitoring the monthly financial data warehouse and transforming raw data into structured data sources for reporting.
- Support Board Decision-Making with MIS Insights:
- Prepare data and reports to serve as key materials for Board of Directors meetings.
- Conduct variance analysis to provide meaningful insights and support strategic discussions.
- Lead Process Improvement in Financial Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and gather requirements for enhancing the financial reporting process.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable reporting workflows to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround time.
- Ensure Regulatory and Operational Compliance:
- Guarantee that all business and operational activities are aligned with applicable laws and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of governance and transparency.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Information System, Information Technology or Computer
- Strong background in financial reporting and MIS systems, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI/Tableau are a plus).
- Experience in Board reporting and variance analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
