PT Pendanaan Teknologi Nusa, established in 2016, is a technology-based peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company in Indonesia and has been licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) since 2019. With our technological innovations, eligible borrowers can access affordable, flexible, fast, and secure loan through the KTA Kilat mobile application.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake relationship maintenance tasks assigned by BoD, including communicating with regulatory authorities, government departments, and industry associations to ensure business compliance.
- Assist in local acquisition and negotiation matters, and be responsible for subsequent compliance with OJK and the completion of transactions.
- Capable of independently promoting and finalizing cooperation with local partners.
- Able to take on the role of project manager, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensure the smooth progress of projects.
- Participate in regulatory compliance affairs, including policy interpretation, compliance review, and risk managementincluding but not limited to completing various qualification examinations for platform executives required by OJK.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields; prior experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Preferred: candidates with local resources or experience in fintech/banking sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, familiar with the Indonesian market environment, financial regulatory framework, and business ecosystem.
- Strong execution ability, capable of independently undertaking tasks and completing them efficiently under high pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle multi-stakeholder relationships.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and flexibility to adapt to an international work environment.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese would be a plus.
- Willing relocate to BSD, Tangerang.
