Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting the expansion of healthcare services, products, and corporate collaborations for Siloam Hospitals Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, BUMN, insurance, community, partnerships).
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to support client acquisition and partnership deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, clinical teams) to execute business initiatives.
  • Monitor business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations (healthcare industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
