Job Description:

1. Develop and execute apartment or villa estate management projects, targeting property developers, investors, and real estate funds.
2. Prepare and present marketing materials and feasibility study to potential clients
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion into new markets
4. Deliver projects and manage relationship with key accounts

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably from a foreign university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Acquisition, or Partnership roles in Hospitality Operator, Serviced Residence, or Real Estate Consultancy. Alternative experience: Owners Representative role for property owners/investors.
3. Excellent English skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Experienced in B2B account and project management.
7. Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
