MICE Manager

MAURI Restaurant Group - the team behind MAURI, Bonito and Zia Tina is looking for a creative and strategic MICE Manager.

Key Responsibility:

Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of MICE events from concept to completion

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, venues, and hotels

Design tailored event packages including accommodation, meeting venues, F&B, logistics, and

entertainment

Collaborate with operation teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations

Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets to ensure profitability

Supervise on-site operations and ensure flawless event execution

Conduct post-event evaluations and client debriefs

Stay current with MICE trends, destinations, and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field

Minimum 35 years experience in MICE, events, or hospitality sales

Strong project management and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and client service abilities

Ability to manage multiple events under tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event software (Cvent, EventPro, etc.) is a plus

Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required
