Develop and execute integrated offline & online marketing strategies to build brand awareness and market share in targeted segments.
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, influencer/KOL, events, PR, and trade activation) for consumers and channel partners.
Conduct market research and consumer insights focused on niche products (bird's nest), including competitor analysis, consumer behavior, and premium/luxury trends.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align marketing plans with distribution growth, SKU availability, pricing strategy, and supply readiness.
Manage and optimize marketing budget, allocate resources across channels, track ROI, and ensure cost efficiency.
Oversee digital presence including website/e-commerce, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and CRM, integrated with offline retail/trade activities.
Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, influencers, media, and trade partners.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (brand awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, sales, distribution penetration, share of shelf) and report to management.
Ensure brand consistency across identity, packaging, POS materials, and new product launches in line with premium positioning.
Lead and develop marketing team and partners, fostering a proactive, data-driven, and creative marketing culture.
Manage corporate communications, PR activities, brand messaging, crisis communication, and act as company spokesperson when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Minimum 3 years in managerial roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Experienced in digital marketing and team management.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
