Job Description

We are looking for a performance marketing leader who optimizes toward real business

outcomes, not just platform metrics. This role is not for candidates who rely solely on

platform dashboards. We are looking for someone who thinks critically, understands

business trade-offs, and is willing to challenge best practices when they don't make

commercial sense.

What You Will Own

  1. Own and deliver real business outcomes (orders, qualified leads, revenue quality) across Retail, Interior, and Property, not just platform-level metrics.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Marketplaces, while critically evaluating platform recommendations and avoiding false positives.
  3. Actively manage lead and demand quality, ensuring campaigns attract customers that can realistically convert, close, and generate healthy unit economics.
  4. Connect marketing performance with downstream data including CRM, telesales conversion, ticket size, and close rate to guide optimization decisions.
  5. Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing, focusing only on variables that materially impact business outcomes (value proposition, audience intent, price anchoring), not cosmetic changes.
  6. Work closely with Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to align messaging, targeting, and expectations across the full funnel.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in ROI, contribution margin, and sales efficiency, even when it requires sacrificing short-term volume.

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong business judgment and common sense, with the ability to challenge good-looking dashboard metrics that do not translate into real results.
  2. Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing paid digital advertising with measurable commercial impact, not just traffic or leads.
  3. Deep hands-on experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Marketplaces Ads, with a clear understanding of where platform automation helps and where it misleads.
  4. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how organic traffic contributes to sustainable demand, not vanity traffic.
  5. Highly analytical and comfortable working with messy, imperfect data, synthesizing insights across multiple sources (ad platforms, CRM, sales feedback).
  6. Proven leadership experience able to set clear standards, review work critically, and develop both internal team members and external partners.
