Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing efforts. You will oversee the end-to-end strategy and operations for various brands across major e-commerce platforms. You will develop and execute brand development and marketing strategies focused on sales growth, team leadership, and digital innovation.

What You'll Do

Affiliate Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi platform affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives, focusing on platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.

Platform Management & Optimization:

  • Master and manage the back end affiliate dashboards and tools for each marketplace (Shopee Affiliate Program, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate, etc.).
  • Set up commission structures, product promotions, and affiliate exclusive offers tailored to each platform and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.

KOL & Affiliate Network Management:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse network of high performing affiliates, including macro/micro-influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, and community leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key partners, providing them with the necessary tools, creative assets, and support to succeed.

Campaign & Promotion Execution:

  • Plan and oversee affiliate driven campaigns for major events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, payday sales), new product launches, and evergreen promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure affiliate campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Drive affiliate participation in key activities like livestreams, video reviews (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Video), and content creation.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, clicks, conversion rates, sales, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize platform analytics and internal data to provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing team of affiliate marketing specialists.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve performance targets and a positive ROI.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience in managing affiliate programs or brand manager.
  • Proven experience in senior roles managing multiple brands on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).
  • Demonstrated track record of driving significant sales and marketing ROI in e-commerce environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams (e-commerce operations, marketing, affiliate).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, especially short video, livestream selling, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and act on performance insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Agile, solution-oriented, and passionate about growing brands in a fast-paced e-commerce landscape.
