One of our respected client, a villa management company managing high-quality private villas in Bali. is looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing & Business Development Executive to help drive our growth by attracting new villa owners to our management services.
This role combines marketing, strategy, data analysis, and client communication. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in structuring and executing our growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Marketing and content
- Assist in creating website content, social media content, and email campaigns
- Create professional marketing materials (presentations, brochures, proposals, case studies)
- Develop clear and compelling messaging for villa owners
- Help improve and refine brand positioning
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential villa owners and partners
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects
- Track and manage the full pipeline from prospect to signed client
Sales Support & Client Communication
- Organize meetings and calls with potential clients
- Participate in calls and presentations when required
- Prepare customized proposals for villa owners
- Follow up with prospects in a professional and structured manner
Data, System, Analytics
- Maintain organized databases of prospects and clients
- Track conversion rates and key performance metrics
- Produce reports and statistics on marketing and sales performance
- Continuously improve processes and workflows
