About the customer:

The customer is a logistics and supply chain specialist, providing warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services to businesses across multiple industries focused on FMCG products. They manage a diverse range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, apparel, health & beauty items, and eCommerce merchandise. By leveraging advanced technology, they optimize inventory and distribution processes, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable solutions for B2B and retail partners. Their office location is near Canggu.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to support the company's daily finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reconciliation, and experience using accounting software such as Xero or similar systems. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Perform financial reconciliation, including bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and transaction matching
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Record journal entries and ensure timely posting of transactions into the accounting system
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial reports
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding billing or payment issues
  • Support tax documentation and coordination with external accountants or auditors when required
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles
  • Hands-on experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

For this position, the client's budget is between IDR 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 gross/month
