Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager - PT Kapit Mas – Denpasar, Bali (On-site)
PT Kapit Mas is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and full compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making as the company continues to scale within a manufacturing-driven environment.
This is not a standard finance role. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including costing, inventory movement, and production-related financial control.

- This role is based in Denpasar, Bali
- Relocation is mandatory for candidates currently located outside Bali
- Proven experience in a manufacturing company is strongly required
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Operations & Control
- Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Maintain strong internal control frameworks and financial governance
- Ensure audit readiness and proper financial documentation standards
Tax & Compliance
- Lead and manage all tax-related matters, including planning, compliance, and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and authorities
Manufacturing Finance (Core Focus)
- Manage and control cost of goods sold (COGS / HPP), inventory valuation, and production costing
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Identify gaps and drive improvements in cost efficiency, material usage tracking, and operational financial control
Financial Reporting & Business Support
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Provide clear and actionable financial insights to support business decisions
System & Process Development
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting, tax, and reporting processes
- Lead and support ERP system development and optimization (Odoo preferred)
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across departments
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategy with operational execution
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and structured execution

- Solid understanding of costing, inventory flow, and production-driven finance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in Finance / Accounting (Manager level or above preferred)
- Mandatory / Strong Priority: Experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong exposure to cost accounting and inventory management
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
- Strong experience in taxation, tax compliance, and audit processes
- Professional certification (CPA / CA) is highly preferred
- Experience in jewelry or precious metals industry is a strong advantage
- Familiar with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
