The Accounting, Finance, and Tax Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Padel Sport Club, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal financial controls. This role ensures accurate financial records, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies. The manager will oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and provide insights to support the club's profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and operating expenses.
- Develop and manage the club's annual budget and financial forecasts.
Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial documentation.
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and present reports to management.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review tax filings such as corporate tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Internal Control
- Establish financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Monitor financial risks and implement improvements to financial systems.
Team & Operations Support
- Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with other departments.
- Support management with financial insights for business decisions.
- Assist with pricing strategy, membership revenue tracking, and operational cost management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CA, or Tax Brevet A/B/C certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in accounting, finance, or tax role.
- Experience in sports clubs, hospitality and KAP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
