Senior Human Resources Officer (Training & Performance Management)

Job Overview

Responsible for managing the company's performance appraisal processes and training programs to ensure alignment with business goals, fair evaluation practices, and continuous employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year & annual review, calibration, and reporting).
  • Ensure KPI alignment across departments and maintain accurate performance documentation.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance processes and analyze performance data for improvement insights.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, including vendor management and budget monitoring.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain complete training records and reports.
  • Support onboarding and employee development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Performance Management and Training & Development.
  • Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance appraisal systems, and adult learning principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
