We are looking for an Ad Operations & Insights Manager to support our Performance Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations, performance analytics, and data collaboration.
You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, monitoring their performance, and translating results into actionable insights. You will also work closely with our Data team to help improve internal models by providing real-world campaign learnings.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of performance marketing (CPA, ROAS, funnels)
- Experience working with dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL or data querying knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Ability to explain data and insights clearly
- Experience working with data teams or models

Job Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & QA
- Review campaign setups before launch (targeting, payouts, events, variants)
- Ensure campaigns are configured correctly in the dashboard
- Identify and prevent setup errors that could impact performance
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor live campaigns on a daily basis
- Track key KPIs such as ROAS, margin, retention, and event completion
- Detect anomalies, drops, or unexpected performance changes
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends
Optimization Support
- Recommend improvements to campaign setup (payouts, targeting, variants)
- Support ongoing testing and experimentation efforts
- Identify winning strategies and scale opportunities
Variant & Experiment Analysis
- Monitor A/B tests and variant performance
- Explain why certain variants outperform others
- Ensure experiments are tracked and measured correctly
Data Collaboration (Key Responsibility)
- Translate campaign performance into structured insights
- Share learnings with the Data team to improve internal models
- Participate in regular syncs with Data team
- Provide feedback on tracking, events, and KPI logic
Dashboard & KPI Feedback
- Identify gaps or issues in dashboards and reporting
- Suggest improvements to metrics and visibility
- Help internal teams better understand KPI definitions
