Responsibilities

1. Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, letters and other legal documents;
2. To ensure the Company and its Subsidiaries comply with the prevailing laws and regulations upon its business activities;
3. To provide a summary of new laws and regulations regarding corporate law, mining law, and any related issues with the company's business activities;
4. Monitoring all corporate business licenses and permits including OSS System, Mining License, Port License, EIA, Land Acquisition, etc;
5. Developing and controlling the full inventory of legal contracts and ensuring the documents are properly maintained;
6. Handling contract management system, for instance, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the form of contract/agreement;
7. Provides legal assistance, support, and administration on matters related to regulations, commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate services/corporate action;
8. Performing legal research and preparing analysis, summaries, and reports as required such as legal opinion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• PERADI license is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in the mining, mineral processing/smelter, or industrial park industry.
• Experience handling business licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, mining law, and land acquisition.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct legal research and interpret complex legal documents.
• Good relationships with relevant government authorities and regulators.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
